The rules
- The label is the law
- Only an admitted lawyer may advise or represent. A label says which side a helper is on.
- Pseudonymous, and still checked
- A lawyer's name and register number stay sealed. The public sees a signed statement that the admission was checked; a client sees the name when the lawyer takes their matter.
- You choose what a helper sees
- Without your personal details by default; you can end their access at any time.
